Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of parking services at Sutera Mall.
SCOPE OF WORK
Control Management System (CMS): To check the access card dispensers, collector machine and barrier arms on daily basis. To ensure that the Car Park system is in working order. All access cards are properly replenished and collect back on time.
Auto Pay System (APS): Assist Accounts Department to collect the cash boxes from each APS machine on daily basis. To ensure the APS is functioning in proper manner at all time.
Customer service: Dealing with enquiry from the public, advising them on the parking regulations and explaining the Car Park charges as and when necessary. Collect payment from customers at Car Park Office.
Reporting: Identifying suspected abandoned vehicles, faulty or damaged equipments, to propose Car Park signages and lines required for smooth running of Car Park system. To report to Car Park Officer or Manager on all happenings at the Car Park.
Any other related work as instructed by Management.
• SPM or equivalent with ability to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good discipline with good attendance record and punctuality.
• Must be able to perform shift work and work during weekends and Public Holidays.
• Must have Honest and Trustworthy Character.
